I know as parents we have a lot of questions when it comes to our kids. Here are a few common ones.

How long will you have my car seat?
We do our best to complete your cleanings as quickly as possible as I know how important it is to have your car seat at all times.
For pick up times before 3pm, we will return your car seat the same day. Please allow up to 8 hours for us to return your items.
For pick up times after 3pm, your items will be returned to you the following morning by 8am.
What products do you use on my car seat?
Our kids deserve the best.
That’s why we only use non-toxic, fragrance free cleaning and laundry products. Our primary cleaning products are Seventh Generation products. We also use a gentle baby shampoo when spot cleaning fabrics and stains.
You are also welcome to provide us with your own cleaning products, if you prefer.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept exact cash payments on pick up of your items or venmo and zelle payments upon completed deliveries.
Do I need to be present on
pick up or drop off?
Not necessary! We will do a porch pick up and drop off of your items at your home or office! Please specify where you will leave your items at booking.
Will I get a confirmation of my booking?
Yes! You will get a confirmation when booking and I will reach out via text message to confirm pick up time.
What information do you need at the
time of booking?
We will ask for your pick up/drop off address on booking. Please also include location of your items (ex. on front porch, by garage door) or any other important information we will need to ensure a timely and secure delivery.
Why do your hours fluctuate?
As I am a working mom as well, our hours at Klean Karseats depend on our family and work schedules.
I will have my availability posted ahead of time for you to book, but I will always try to accommodate other hours as needed-just reach out by our contact form or email!
What am I scheduling when I book online?
When booking an appointment online you are reserving the time for us to come and pick up your items at your home or office.
For on site cleanings, we will arrive at your location at your scheduled time.
